Notes: Just two short years after Peter died, housekeeper Cynthia Anna - now 68 - married a second time. Her new husband was 66 year old blacksmith Charles A. Fisher, who she married on July 8, 1925. (View Marriage License)
Obituary: Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock for Mrs. Anna Clear Fisher, aged 84, who died last Thursday morning at her Hubble Street home. Mrs. Fisher, and Eaton native, died after a short illness. Funeral services were in charge of Rev. Ivan R. Smith, pastor of the Eaton Congregational Christian Church and burial was made in Mound Hill Cemetery. Immediate survivors include the husband, Charles, and one daughter, Mrs. Ed Fishback, Eaton.

Obituary: Harry Clear, 60, former resident of Eaton, died Thursday night at his home in Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nellie Clear, a son, Charles, of Dayton; a sister, Mrs. Edward Fishback, and his mother, Mrs. Charles Fisher, both of Eaton. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at his home in Richmond, Rev. Irvin Stegall officiating, with burial in Mound Hill Cemetery.

Obituary: Mrs. Iola Florence Clear, 77, mother of former Mayor of Eaton, Verl Wolfrey, died Sunday morning at the home of her son, 100 East Decatur Street. The widow of William Clear, who died in 1928, she had been ill for some time. Mrs. Clear was a member of the Eastern Star Pythian Sisters, Ben Hur Lodge and the Women's Relief Corps. Surviving besides the son, Mr. Wolfrey, are two daughters, Mrs. Goldie Gilman of Piqua, and Mrs. Mary O'Brian of Dayton; two brothers, Thomas Karch of Indianapolis and Joseph of Eaton; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday at 2:30 pm at the Girten Funeral Home with Rev. Richard P. Coad officiating. Burial in Mound Hill Cemetery.
